Nan Cao, used to be an architectural designer, holding degrees from Harvard, Tsinghua, and Hong Kong University. He was very successful in his early architect's career, and later in real estate development industry. However, he realized his real passion in food creation after many years' of eating unhealthily without other choices as most people do nowadays. So he decided to put his designer's sensitivity and vision into healthy food creation and started his food brand "Fruggie" in 2014. It was not an immediate success when the first product come out, but through the process he found his unique approach and viewpoints in food creation and developed a product line called "drinkable salad" which quickly became a very successful product, and it has caught industry attention and was invested by a food industry capital. Now the company is focused on invention more new types of healthy food and snacks that meets today's need.
